Classic Trak-It LITE FAQ's
Questions:

1) Will the trial program expire at some point in time? Does it limit the number of entries?

2) Could your software be expanded (by myself) to accommodate all of the lending and mortgage processing tasks?
3) What is cost of up-grades to latest version of your software?

4) We have more than 18 forms needed for each property transaction that need to be tracked. Is there a way to have more than 18? Also, can document or disclosure status reports be E-Mailed to my agents?

5) I downloaded your trial version of Classic Trak-It and am trying to complete a transaction from start to finish and print out reports. Can I do this with the trial version?
6) We run a network here and would like several users to access the same data files. The program itself could be launched either from each workstation or run off the server, as needs dictate. Any issues with this configuration?
7) Two users routinely VPN into the office network from remote computers. We would prefer to run the program itself off the remote workstation and access only the data files through the VPN. Are there any issues with this?
8) Can I use OutLook Express with your software?
9) Can I use your software for my updesk or front desk, agents and transactions?
10) Is there traning available?
11) Is there tech support available if I buy your software?

  • The trial version will expire in 21 days.

  • There is no reason why you could not change all of the disclosure document names to be compatible with any and all required lending documents for a prospective borrower.
  • Classic Trak-It was designed to have all information regarding a property, buyer or seller at your finger tips and be user friendly software.
  • You can also use our 'Prospecting' Seller or Buyer database for client names and follow up contact management

  • Upgrades to Classic Trak-it are free including postage for one year from date of purchase.
  • After one year as a licensed user your cost is $39.95

  • There are 6 unlimited user definable documents, disclosures or task names for each property.
  • You could have 1 list for listing, 1 for pending sales, 1 for REO sales, 1 for short sales, 1 for VA sales and 1 for financing. Or, what ever you need for your real estate business.
  • You can preview or print all documents or disclosures that are due in your
    file for a property by a date or range of dates for a selected property or all properties.
  • E-mail disclosures, documents or task reports to anyone using Microsoft Office OutLook for a selected property to anyone. You can use any e-mail provider.

  • With the trial demo version, you can complete a property transaction and preview or print all reports. You are however limited to previewing or printing a total of 20 reports

  • There are no issues with this configuration at all.
  • You could install the workstation software on any number of computers.
  • If it is a 5 user network version then only 5 users could run the program at the same time.
  • You can also use VPN Virtual Private Network or PCAnywhere.
  • Classic Trak-It ships with a very sophisticated security system.
    Example: If you logon to Classic Trak-It with and ID of TXSOFT and a Password of PASSWORD in uppercase you will notice the following.
    The quest user can only look at the following:
    1) Guest can view but not edit property information.
    2) Guest CAN NOT view 'Manager Notes'.
    3) Guest can send property information to another outside agent via e-mail.
    4) There are more, but this gives you the general idea.

  • There are no issues with this configuration at all.
  • Each user would need their own ID and PASSWORD, but should not have administrator rights.

  • OutLook Express is not a COM object and can not be interfaced with Classic Trak-It.
  • Microsoft Office OutLook and Microsoft Office Word ship with Microsoft Office.
  • All E-Mail and word documents are interfaced with our software using Microsoft Office.
