Appraisal and Survey


Appraisal / Survey Form.
To change or edit any field, just click the field you want to change with your mouse and start typing, then save or cancel any changes.

  • Appraiser Information - Enter the information you need on this form.
  • You can send an E-Mail to the appraiser with the E-Mail button.
  • Change the 'Status' of the appraisal when is comes in.
  • List and preview/print all notes in the 'Notes' box.
  • You can use shortcuts here that you have set up in the Look Ups / Features Code and Text.
  • Click in the comments or note white space and type @tmp. Press the space bar or press the 'Enter Key' on your keyboard for an example.
  • Surveyor Information - Enter the information you need on this form also.
  • You can send an E-Mail to the surveyor with the button.
  • List and preview/print all text in the 'Comments' box.
